Teaching Elder: My spiritual gifts are teaching, faith and knowledge.

people and places on my journey

Rev. Beverly Friedlander Ostrowski (she/her) has served as an interim ministry specialist and a hospice chaplain. Worship and preaching are the foundation of my energy for interim ministry. I strive to create an experience in worship that leads the church to add their own chapter to the old, old story of Jesus and his love. This gift of transitional ministry, this freedom to try new things, to experiment with our response to God’s invitation, inspires me to a sense of adventure and fun I hope is contagious.
Before ordination, I worked for Cox Cable Communications and in the film/tv industry. I live with my wife, and enjoy regular visits with family and friends, UGA football, ebikes, genealogy, and discussing/reading anything religion & politics, space or science. But my favorite subjects are wholly dependent on what the grandkids are into at the moment!
